Mr. Kinjal Shah is the Chief Executive Officer at Crossword Bookstores, one of the biggest bookstore chain in the country. He has played a very critical role by leading from the front in a very disruptive environment and an extremely difficult category. Currently growing the business to 97 Store in 33 cities, he is adding many more stores and staying true to the vision of inculcating reading habits and building experiential stores.
Mr. Shah has previously worked in various capacities as Head Buying & Merchandising and Ecommerce, Category Management and as a Franchise Manager. He has a holistic perspective of the retail business, financials and profitability criteria and also an in-depth understanding of Buying and Merchandising function along with end to end Category Management.
At educational front, Mr. Shah has done his MBA, Marketing & Finance from IIPM.
