He ventured into Gadgil Hotels Pvt. Ltd, Dajikaka Gadgil Developers Pvt Ltd in real estate, Gadgil manufacturing unit in Mumbai, "Seamless Education Academy Pvt. Ltd," a training institute for broadcast media, Sound Engineering, Animation Training and Gaming.

He also launched Think Pure, a social welfare foundation that aims to provide financial and volunteer assistance for NGOs.
