Mr. Kapil Malhotra is a leading businessman, entrepreneur and is the Founder and Managing Director of the Total Solutions Group of companies. He began his career as a Chartered Accountant by qualification and had the distinction of being the youngest Chartered Accountant in India at the age of 21.

Having gained hands on experience through his article ship with Deloitte, he decided to enter entrepreneurship with Total Solutions Group. The group is now a leading ISO certified strategy consulting organization that advises many top corporates.

He has traveled to Japan as a member of Prime Minister Modi's delegation and has spoken at prestigious business strategy and investment conferences.

He has always had a strong focus on CSR and has created several initiatives to help today's youth grow with stronger work ethics and a mind for business. He is the Founder and Director of Igniting Minds and Ideas, which connects many of India's schools with corporates for interactive sessions.
