Lakshminarayan Swaminathan heads Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service at Myntra. He has led several high impact projects related to customer service enhancement and operations efficiency improvement at Myntra. Prior to joining Myntra, Lakshminarayan was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney where he drove multiple large scale transformation projects across consumer facing industries such as FMCG, Retail and Alcobev. He strongly believes technology and data science will help drive several disruptions across the value chain as well as customer behaviour and likes to explore and build his knowledge base in these areas in his free time. Lakshminarayan is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
