Mandhana serves as a Joint MD of the company and is also one of the Promoters, running it with 10 production units, 4,700 employees and offices at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Paris.
He has an extensive and rich entrepreneurial experience in diverse areas of marketing, design, merchandising, production and management. He also possesses strong business acumen with leadership qualities and people management skill that enables the company to have a cutting edge over its competitors.
Under his astute talent the company successfully concluded the IPO to fund its expansions in 2010-2011.
