Swati has held leadership positions at Cargill in Switzerland and India for 21 years and was instrumental in strategizing, launching, and growing businesses in edible oils, flour, and industrial chocolate. She is the first woman sugar trader in India and established Cargill's largest sugar trading enterprise in the Indian subcontinent, becoming a leading light in the international sugar sector and Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA).
A people-first leader with a strong passion for her work, Swati is renowned for her effective mentoring skills and has an impeccable record of developing high-performance teams. She has been on the board of Cargill India and Silk Road Sugars, a joint venture between EID Parry and Cargill, and was a member of the Sugar Task Force of CII.
