Sreelesh Pillai is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ZEPIC, an AI-powered Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation platform. With over two decades of experience in software across category leading companies such as Zoho, Freshworks & LeadSquared, he specializes in building early-stage businesses into scalable growth machines.
He was the first go-to-market hire at Freshworks, where he led global demand generation for the company. In 2015, he moved to Australia to establish and lead the company’s regional subsidiary, playing a key role in its global expansion. He remained with Freshworks through its IPO, contributing to its growth from early traction to $400M+ in revenue. With 15+ years in SaaS across demand gen, sales, and customer success, he’s built and scaled go-to-market teams from a handful of customers to tens of thousands. More recently, he’s immersed himself in the world of Direct-to-Consumer brands — learning their growth levers and helping build the products, partnerships, and strategies that drive them forward.
