Kaushal Goenka is currently the Managing Director at Mish Designs Pvt. Ltd, which is at the forefront of contemporary women's fashion, focusing solely on western wear. In 2018, Kaushal alongside his co-founder Sajan Bhartia launched Mish with a vision to empower the modern Indian woman with the confidence to express her individual identity. The success of Mish culminated in an SME IPO BSE listing in November 2023.
Mish Designs is prominently featured on India's leading e-commerce platforms, such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tata Cliq, including a featured spot in Myntra's Stylecast program, showcasing the trendiest brands on the platform. Expanding its reach and accessibility, Mish has ventured into retail, notably showcased at Nykaa Fashion's store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The brand has experienced remarkable growth, boasting a 105% CAGR in sales since 2018 and selling over 5 lakh dresses. With a diverse catalog of over 1000 products, an in-house design team, a 10,000 sq.ft. manufacturing unit, and a dedicated team of over 100 employees, Mish ensures quality and timely delivery while aiming for continued expansion and success.
