With over 32 years of diverse experience in IT, encompassing both technical and managerial roles, Jay has held positions as CTO/CEO in various organizations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in conceiving and implementing cloud-based products tailored specifically for the retail industry. His extensive expertise spans more than two decades in India and over a decade in the USA.
Throughout his career, Jay has successfully developed and implemented solutions that leverage cloud technology, catering to the retail sector. These solutions have not only been effectively deployed in India and the USA but have also reached various other countries, facilitating businesses in optimizing their operations and embracing digital transformation.
Jay's proficiency extends to developing retail billing and inventory solutions for single and multiple locations, as well as overseeing the successful execution of projects for retail and restaurant chains.
