Hema L is the Head of Marketing for Simpli Namdhari's- India's only 100% veg retail chain. She is a strategic marketing leader with more than a decade of experience in marketing across premium retail, consulting and hospitality sectors. In her earlier stints she has worked with organizations such as Taj group of hotels, Motilal Oswal among others. As Simpli Namdhari's brand marketing head, she drives brand & marketing strategies for 30+ stores across Bangalore & Hyderabad. Her charter includes driving customer and market research to enhance customer experience, introduce new products to meet customer requirements, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, drive internal and external marketing communications, identify and facilitate potential brand collaborations among others. Prior to her foray into the marketing world, she has been a successful award-winning model. She is passionate about building authentic relationships with consumers and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
