With more than a decade of consulting experience, Dhruv has worked extensively with consumer and retail firms seeking to drive strategy development and execution, customer-focused transformations, and business unit turnarounds. Dhruv works on a range of topics, including full potential growth strategy and consumer tech in the food and beverage, personal care, e-commerce, apparel, and durable goods sectors. In addition, he has led diligence efforts and advised clients in multiple geographies across the US, UK, Germany, and India. He also leads our FRWD practice in India, which aims to bridge the gap between brand, marketing, strategy, and execution by designing and deploying real-life tests and implementing best practices that capture immediate value.
