His academic foundation includes an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University and advanced leadership training through a Leadership Program at IIM Kolkata, equipping him with a strong analytical and managerial acumen.
Currently contributing his expertise to the Allana Group, Chidambaram previously served as Associate Director – Modern Trade & Institutions at Abbott Nutrition International (since 2023). Before that, he spent two decades at Colgate Palmolive (India), where he held progressively senior roles, successfully driving market expansion and revenue growth.
