Currently she is the Group Co-founder & Board Member of the Good Glamm Group, India’s fastest growing DTC beauty & personal care unicorn. Naiyya, earlier also founded, BabyChakra, India’s largest and most trusted digital platform for parenting. Naiyya is a former Mckinsey Consultant, Harvard Business School Graduate (MBA’2012) (where she was a Fulbright & Tata Scholar) and a graduate of National Law School, Bangalore (where she was elected University President). Naiyya serves as an independent director at Welspun Living, a publicly listed company with a market cap exceeding 3 billion USD. Naiyya is an Advisor to STEER World, a globally recognised advanced manufacturing Deep Tech company and also on the Advisory Board of The Contract Manufacturing & Private Label Association, Asia’s largest platform supporting contract manufacturers. She has been an appointed member to The National Taskforce for Regulatory Issues at DPIIT Ministry of Commerce.
