A Chartered Accountant turned Investment Banker turned Entrepreneur who has worked with one
of the Big Four Consultancy Firms. Anand carries over 22 years of experience in transaction
and M&A advisory service as well as manufacturing and international trade.
Anand is a rank holder Chartered Accountant from India and has received a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration (MBA) from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of
Business. He has worked with Robert W. Baird, Lehman Brothers, Ernst and Young and Arthur
Andersen in the UK, USA and India.
Anand joined the business in April 2012 with the aim of taking the 35- year old merchant
trading business into a new age, unique, omnichannel premium kitchenware and homeware brand
in India. Since his entry into the business, Anand has significantly grown thinKitchen™
presence in all dimensions – size, scale and scope expanding the business and starting new
business initiatives involving D2C – Ecommerce and Offline, Direct Selling, HORECA, General
Trade, Modern Trade, and Institutional Sales.
