Vikram is a business-oriented technology leader, passionate about Customer Experience and building a responsive supply chain. His experience spans retail in the US, India and UK, as a technology consultant and retail CIO. He has a keen interest in the ethical use of AI/ML to simplify customer engagement and improve shopping experience. He is focused on leveraging warehouse automation and robotics in the supply chain, the foundation for successful Omni channel execution. He evangelizes open source and agile technology architecture, an imperative for growth at scale.

He chairs the Technology Committee at Retailers Association of India. He is a British Chevening Scholar, has studied at Manchester Business School and Bombay University.
