Lui Tong is the COO China cum Business Development Director of Strawberrynet, world's leading beauty online store. She had previously helped launch renren.com; built PCCW's integrated media arm, AdSociety; and developed NOW.com profile by forming JVs with top technology companies. She found Jilian and transformed the luxury lingerie business into one of the earliest global omni-channel businesses in 2006. Shelater launched the first commercialized AI mirror in brick & mortar lingerie store. Ms. Tong is a Top 50 Innovative Retail Leaders in Hong Kong honoree, and was nominated for the VeuveClicquot Woman of the Year, and the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur Awards.

Ms. Tong is the Vice President of Hong Kong Federation of eCommerce and is the President of the University of Washington Alumni Association in Hong Kong, Chairman of Tong Leung Tak Music Foundation, Member of Zonta Club and Member of HK General Chamber of Commerce's Retail Committee.
