An alumni from the School of Planning and Architecture with a specialization in Town Planning she started her career with NDTV news in 1995. She worked on India’s First Breakfast show Good Morning India which she went on to produce. In 2003, she played a key role in the launch of the NDTV news channels where she set up the production division of the channels in Mumbai as well as produced the flagship show for NDTV called Jai Jawan which has won multiple awards.
In 2007, when NDTV Goodtimes launched she was instrumental in setting up the channel and was the Head of the Style and Fashion Division.
In 2013, she took over as Head of Programming of the channel and has launched some of the key properties of the channel like Band Baajaa Bride. In 2018, when the channel moved out of the NDTV group she took over as the COO and in a year’s time has become the CEO of the channel and plans to make Goodtimes the biggest destination for lifestyle & entertainment in the country.
