Akash currently Heads the PeopUL function at Urban Ladder. A graduate in Economics from Delhi University and PGDM in HR from IMI, New Delhi, Akash has decade long experience in the field of HR and has worked extensively in the areas of Organization Design, articulating Values & Culture Essentials and designing Performance Systems to drive a high-performance culture in a highly agile organization. An ardent believer in people being the biggest driver for growth he relishes any opportunity of building things from scratch.

In his current role he is building an omni channel organisation which aims to become the most loved and trusted brand in India. His love for solving complex problems and keen interest in human behavior has helped him navigate his journey from large institution (ex. Infosys) to new age organisations (current Urban Ladder).
