Aaditya is an experienced data scientist with more than 5 years of experience in e-retail, logistics and consumer tech space, having exposure of working with initial stage startups to market leaders. He is currently working with Grofers, where he is building in-house demand forecasting and personalisation models, to optimise their inventory, reduce GMV loss and drive better on-app conversions.
He has previously worked with Delhivery, optimising their supply chain by building automated last-mile routing, address segmentation and shipping-cost estimation solutions. He believes, in this era of competition and scale, making data driven decisions is the only way forward. Apart from work, he is also an avid traveller who loves to go hiking and backpacking.
