Santhosh Rao completed 19.8 years with IBM, led team across various capacities with a rich experience in sales, delivery and operations based both in India and multiple client locations globally at Sydney, New York and Bentonville. He is leading Cognitive Solutions Team for Distribution Sector in India - South Asia, and responsible for watson, analytics, commerce consultative sales team, towards establishing, growing and managing client expectations on the digital transformation agenda, across retail, CPG and travel industries. He has successfully lead key strategic digital transformation deals at Abof, Titan, Godrej and Kalyan.

Prior to his current role, he performed as Asia Pacific Commerce Consulting Leader and Retail Industry Leader for all Global Delivery Centers, managing 2200 member team for 70-plus Global Retail Clients. He is one among the 156 members inducted into the prestigious cross brand Global Industry Academy driving Industry Transformation Initiatives and has been selected to the Manager Champions Group for 2017.
