Radha Ramanujan is a cost accountant and company secretary possessing over 25 years of extensive experience in the areas of business management, strategy and planning, commercial negotiations, supply chain, merger/de-merger and alliances, etc. She has been a CFO for more than 15 years. Her first assignment as the CFO and Company Secretary was in FMC, US in 2003. In 2014, she joined SPAR – a Landmark Group Company - as the CFO and Head Commercial. She takes care of finance, commercial, legal, supply chain and merchandise planning and replenishment. Prior to this, she has also worked with the defense public sector HAL, IT major Wipro, ITC Hotels, clothing and brand leader Madura Coats, Arvind.

Ramanujan is a state-run holder in Accountancy (PUC). She was awarded as ‘Super Women Achiever in Retail’ by Asia Retail Congress in 2009, and also bagged the ‘Most Influential CFO’ award by CIMA in 2015. Ramanujan was recognized as one of the top 10 ‘Empowered Women’ by ICSI, New Delhi.
