John has held several senior leadership positions in iconic technology companies delivering large-scale software solutions for over two decades. For the last thirteen years, John has been an IBM executive managing different sectors of the portfolio around the Asia Pacific region.
John currently runs IBM's Watson Customer Engagement Business Unit whose mission is to enhance our customers' digital experience, and to do this with IBM's suite of marketing, digital commerce, B2B integration and procurement applications. He is an advocate of customer centric design and delivering superior digital experience.
Previously, John founded and ran IBM's Software as a Service (SaaS) business across Asia Pacific and managed IBM's Software Solutions Group for South East Asia, based in Singapore.
