Sanjeev Agrawal has enjoyed being part of the FMCG industry for 14 years. Having worked in a really competitive industry has helped him a lot. But an important event in his career was joining retail ahead of the curve. He joined Pantaloon Retail when Indian retail space was not recognised and was struggling to find a place for itself. He developed his passion for fashion whilst heading Pantaloons.

Fashion is an exciting space for him as it deals with customers more at emotional level than rational. He enjoys motivating thousands of people at the front end through actions and positive thinking. Getting the best out of the teams has been a strong part of his job.
