Sourjyendu MeddaFounder & CBO, Dealshare

Mr. Sourjyendu Medda is one of the founding members of DealShare, India’s fastest-growing e-tailer, offering national as well as indigenous daily essential products to consumers. In his role as the Chief Business Officer(CBO), Sourjyendu is primarily responsible for driving growth and business expansion for both the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) businesses, and also oversees the strategic planning for the company. In addition, he leads various cross-functional initiatives related to growth and profitability. He is also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for DealShare where he looks after budgeting, design and implementation of financial controls for the organization along with other accounting responsibilities related to budgeting, financial management, procurement, compliance, real estate, facilities, information technology and risk management for the brand. Sourjyendu has over 15 years of experience in the consumer industry where he has worked with leading retail and FMCG brands. He has deep expertise in consumer businesses and has worked closely with brands to optimize the consumer experience and drive business growth. Sourjyendu is very passionate about creating value for both consumers and manufacturers in India. His vision to bring small and medium manufacturers closer to the middle-income population in India drives his zeal at DealShare.
