Saahil Nayar comes with over 13 years of experience across the fashion and beauty industry. He has worked with multiple luxury international brands and premium homegrown brands such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Ermenegildo Zegna, Revlon, Kama Ayurveda, The Moms Co., among others. Before joining IDAM, he was working with The Moms Co. (The Good Glam Group) as vice president business. He holds rich experience in implementing 360-degree entry market strategies for brands and leading their expansions. He also championed the D2C world by achieving a 3x growth for its brands with a digital-first approach. Saahil also has a proven record of success in spearheading and executing relatable marketing campaigns. Saahil is responsible for the expansion of IDAM’s portfolio brands along with strategy, growth, culture, and marketing which includes developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference. He quotes his leadership style as an enabler for whom people’s success is the foremost priority. He envisions to grow the company by creating quality solutions that helps to fulfil the larger vision of being renowned globally.
