Pragya plays a crucial role in leading content strategy for social commerce. She also calls the shots on content-led commerce and builds new ways of driving commerce and brand awareness for Myntra. Pragya has over 14 years of professional experience dealing with media and marketing. She started her professional journey with the MaXposure Media Group as the Editor, where she created and edited content on subjects ranging from fashion and beauty to lifestyle and travel. She also worked as the Beauty Editor for Marie Claire Magazine, organizing, styling and authoring magazine cover shoots and stories. She then moved to Myntra as the Senior Manager for Marketing, where she was responsible for conceptualizing and creating the e-commerce industry’s first content-led shopping experience, which was a trendsetter in merchandizing innovation across the industry. Next, she moved to All About Fashion, where she was the Head of Content, Creatives and Digital Marketing, subsequently donning the hat of Deputy General Manager at Arvind Brands, where she was directly responsible for the content that assisted in scaling brands like Sephora, Gap, US Polo etc. She then returned to Myntra where she quickly moved from Head of Content and Social Marketing to Director of Social Commerce. Pragya was directly responsible for the launch of Myntra's social commerce platform, M-Studio, the launch of Myntra's live commerce platform, M-Live and also launched Myntra's influencer programs. She also launched Myntra Fashion Superstar, the flagship content IP of the enterprise, and was directly involved in scaling Myntra's social media channels to making them India's largest brand handles. Pragya completed her Bachelor of Design in fashion and apparel from the National Institute of Fashion and Technology, Delhi. She then went on to complete her MBA in marketing and strategy from the Indian School of Business.
