Prior to this, Manav Sethi was an entrepreneur where he worked on an IP that helped telecom towers save energy costs. In his earlier corporate role, he was founder of BIGMAPS (Reliance ADAG investment) which grew to be then India's largest online local search play. He was also part of corporate strategy team at Reliance BIG Entertainment that launched several businesses across FM Radio, Online Gaming & Movie rental, Motion Pictures, Music and a JV with DreamWorks Animations.
