Jitender Sharma has a rich experience of 19 years in the areas of Business Development & Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing Management, Process Management and Quality Assurance. He has a graduate degree in B Tech Electronics from Pune University. He started career in 1994 with Momentum Infocare Pvt. Limited. In 2001, he moved to IT Solutions Pvt. Limited, as Product Manager for Storage and Backup Solution and worked for 4 years.

In 2005, he joined Momentum Infocare again and led its Sales and Support operation. In September 2011, Momentum Infocare was acquired by Ricoh India Ltd, part of USD 23 Billion Japanese global giant Ricoh that ventured into IT in India. He was instrumental in setting up all the IT Services process and smooth transition of existing customers to Ricoh India.

Jitender has lead ITS Corporate segment as Nation Business Head of IT Services at Ricoh India for last 4 years.
