Bijaei Jayaraj is the Founder & CEO of Loylty Rewardz Mngt. Pvt. Ltd. He has a strong management and leadership background with unbridled passion and innovative ideas for Consumer Loyalty & Relationship management business.

He earned his business management education from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He holds Bachelor's Degree from Loyola College and Master's Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Subsequently, he worked in the advertising industry in Muscat and with McCann Erickson Worldwide (FP7) in Dubai, UAE, before returning to India to pursue his studies at ISB.

Prior to founding Loylty Rewardz, he worked with Jet Airways as the Head of its Loyalty Program - Jet Privilege (JP), and with MasterCard Worldwide as the Head of MasterCard's relationship with the largest bank in India, the State Bank Group.
